We at Naag Tag understand that your privacy is important. For this reason we do not sell your personal information to any outside buyers. Your personal information is not supplied in full or in part to any person or organization that does not require it to complete your order. Because we complete your orders completely at Naag Tag, no other company will have access to the information supplied to us.

Our order production time is 2-3 business days on most orders. For estimated production time on large orders please call our offices. Shipping time is purely dependent on the shipping options selected. If you are needing an order expedited we will push your order to the front of the line for a $15 expedite fee. Please call us if you would like your order expedited.

We believe we can produce our products more efficiently than our competition. We search the prices of many of our competitors and then set our prices lower. We want our customers to be able to come to us knowing that they are receiving the very lowest rates. Take the Naag Tag challenge and try to find a company with a better price. If you can, we will beat it.

Due to the quantity of data processed to make all of our orders and because not all orders are made electronically, there will always be a chance for human error. If any product is received by our customers that was created incorrectly due to an error caused by Naag Tag or one of its employees we will expedite a corrected item at no charge to the customer.

Products ordered that Naagtag considers to be custom orders are non-returnable due to the nature of customized products. Examples of custom orders may include, but are not limited to: items with company logos, engraved or printed items that cannot be used by another customer, items ordered incorrectly by the customer, standard restroom or wheelchair accessible signage that is a color other than shown on our site as an example, etc.

Products ordered in error by the customer that Naagtag deems to be re-saleable may be returned for a 15% re-stock fee.

If an account should become delinquent, collection procedures (phone calls, statements, etc.) will be used in an effort to collect the past due amounts. After thirty (30) days, the delinquent account may be submitted to a collection agency. Should the account be referred to a collection agency or Attorney, you (our customer) will pay all costs of collection, including up to a 35% collection fee, as well as reasonable attorney's fees and court costs. After 30 days a $15.00 late fee will be applied and interest of 18% will be added to any unpaid balance.
