Naag Tag Purchase Agreement

Upon placing an order with Naag Tag you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms in this document.

Most of our products are custom made with images and text provided by our customers. However, Naag Tag does not produce products that are vulgar, illegal, or sexual in nature. The customer is responsible for making sure that any text or image sent to Naag Tag falls within these parameters.

Many of our products are designed for companies using their company logos or copyrighted text. Upon placing an order with Naag Tag the customer is agreeing that they have obtained any necessary permission and have obtained proper authorization to make decisions regarding the use of the company logos or copyrighted material used in the order. Furthermore, the customer is giving permission to Naag Tag to use that logo and/or text to complete the order. That customer takes full responsibility for those logos and copyrighted texts. Naag Tag may on occasion use products designed for our customers on our web site or fliers to show the capabilities of our company, advertising a particular style or type of product. Upon placing an order with Naag Tag the customer is giving authorization to use that logo or text in this manner. If you would not like us to use your logo or copyrighted text outside your actual order, please state that you don't want it used and we will respect that decision. If you see a logo or copyrighted text being used in this manner and you would like it taken off, please contact us and tell us where you found it and we will be happy to respect that decision.

Naag Tag maintains the right to add or change this document at any time.
