Order Form
A setup fee of 30.00
is required for all new logo setups with custom shaped tags. However, a discounted setup fee of 25.00 is available if you choose to use one of our stock tag shapes. Please click one of the one time setup fees below if this will be a new tag.
Please send us an e-mail and either describe the logo in our system or send an attachment of the logo you are wanting to use. We will also need an outline of the shape you want the tag.
