Order Form
A setup fee of 15.00 is required for all custom shaped tags. However, we will wave this fee if you choose to use one of our stock shapes. Please click the one time setup fee below if this is a new custom setup. If we have made this shape for you before or if you choose to use one of our stock shapes please don't add this fee to your shopping cart.
You will need to e-mail us the outline of the shape you want the tag. Please attach it to your e-mail. We accept graphics in any standard format (.jpg, .bmp, .tif, etc.). Please state your name and give your telephone number in that e-mail so that we can attach it to the correct order. You may e-mail us at naagtag@naagtag.com.
